A global financial services organisation operating across 31 markets, with a fantastic commitment to diversity and inclusion are looking to recruit an Employee Relations Advisor for their London office where you will support a team of three ER Consultants across EMEA.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their HR experience and have exposure to Employee Relations across multiple jurisdictions, within a supportive and dynamic team environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, project management, supporting the ER Consultants with employee management processes and assisting the HR Business Partners, HR Coordinators and the global HR shared services team.
To be considered for this role, you will need to posses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. This is an extremely busy and fast-paced role and you will need a high degree of organisation skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively.
In terms of experience you will need to have prior experience working within a similar ER team, in-house legal team or within a law firm environment as a legal trainee or paralegal.
