We're working with a healthcare industry client in their efforts to hire an Employee Communications Manager. This individual will be a new addition to a 1-person Employee Communications team and will report into and work in close partnership with the Director of the department. In addition to the company having scaled significantly over the last few years, HR is rolling out a number of changes this year; an HR Service Center including new technology to enable this change, an new HCM system (HRIS), and a new ATS. In addition to the day-to-day initiatives that require strategic communications from HR, these initiatives and the maturation of HR processes at this company warrant the added headcount. This team is separate and dedicated to HR, but works in close partnership with the Internal Communications team, and other functional stakeholders, to plan and execute the strategic communications calendar.
Our client is looking for 7+ years of experience in HR or Internal Communications, with a focus on change management. Experience support HCM ERP implementations would be a strong plus. The ideal candidate will have worked with a global audience in a corporate setting, but some prior experience in human capital management consulting would be helpful as well. And it goes without saying that one will need exceptional writing and project management skills to be successful in this unique role.
