We are thrilled to be partnering with a multinational UK headquartered financial services company on a newly curated Early Careers Programme Manager - Financial Services Programme Manager opportunity. Part of the FTSE 100 Index and listed on the London, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York stock exchange, our client has been established for over 150 years with offices spread across over 20 countries.
Working on a Group level, your role will play a vital role in the formation of newly created graduate programmes where you will act as the key decision maker and executioner to help establish new processes in place as well as look at developmental areas, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive new and existing processes to create a successful early careers programme. You will be responsible for building key relationships with multiple workstreams, established connections, suppliers and campuses whilst formulating and designing special programmes, policies and framework to attract the best talent for a leading brand.
Essential: The suitable candidate should have previous experience designing and implementing graduate / campus programmes within another sizeable institution. You should thrive working in an autonomous role with the freedom to create and drive new initiatives by leveraging on new and existing relationships built through your network. You should have a passion and creativity for designing programmes, be an out of the box thinker and have the ability to think strategically to best determine the business wants and needs.
