Diversity & Inclusion Specialist (part-time)
A globally recognised professional services company is in the market for a Diversity & Inclusion Specialist to lead the function following on from a restructure.
This is a 12 month FTC and my client is keen to secure someone on 3 or 4 days a week. They are working on a hybrid working model with 2 days in the office as a minimum and the others from home.
My client is keen to secure an experienced D&I professional that has worked in small to medium sized organisations who has designed and implemented projects and programmes that will bring about behavioural change to the firm.
You will be responsible for setting the agenda and facing off to the wider business being the go to person for all senior D&I initiatives and projects.
The successful person will have worked in a comparable Diversity leadership role and have a good understanding of the need to evidence delivery and results. There is a focus on gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data and communicating conclusions in clear and compelling way, therefore a good level of numeracy is essential.
