This leading international law firm are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join their team. With D&I at its core this is a great role for a passionate D&I Manager looking to lead on projects not only UK but globally as well.
Working as part of a wider D&I team this role will see you partnering with the wider HR team on a number of current key initiatives as well as forward planning and working strategically on future projects.
Working closely with the Chief People Officer, Head of HR UK and Diversity & Inclusion Partners you will develop, deliver and embed the Diversity & Inclusion objectives for the firm. Areas of focus for diversity & inclusion include but are not limited to: gender, LGBTQ+, race and ethnicity, mental health & well being, social mobility and working families.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates who are passionate about about Diversity & Inclusion and a visible advocate for the areas with a proven track record of key deliverables in this space. You will have significant understanding and experience of D&I and solid experience of delivering D&I related projects. This role is a global role and ideally the successful candidate will have experience of working globally, across different jurisdictions.
