Our client, a highly successful, thriving small financial in midtown NYC, known for their great culture and people, is seeking a skilled Compensation Leader and head of Total Rewards to lead the analysis and administration of their day to day compensation activities and the ongoing merit process. Applying a strategic focus to support the growth and talent retention of the firm, this highly creative Total Rewards and Compensation role will be integral in driving the function for a population of several hundred. Exposure to benefits practices is ideal and highly desired, as this individual will take on the benefits ownership/ vendor interface, but the primary need is in the compensation area.
