They are looking to recruit a Direct Sourcing Manager to join their high performing talent team!
As Direct Sourcing Manager you will be pivotal to contributing to the business's success by leading on recruitment within their Buildings division. You will be enabling the business to prioritise its hiring in relation with its commercial needs by driving recruitment activity and working on positions such as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and design engineers. You will liaise with external candidates through direct sourcing activity such as LinkedIn, job boards and your own personal network. You will be screening and interviewing prospective employees as well as managing the overall candidate experience from start to onboarding.
To be successful in this position you will be an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in direct sourcing and interviewing, ideally with experience of operating in at least one of the business areas you will be supporting (Buildings, Infrastructure, Water or Environment). You will have strong experience in sourcing candidates across multiple channels and understand how to attract and pipeline the best talent. You will be comfortable managing a busy portfolio of roles across a diverse range of hiring team and multiple stakeholders. The business looks after its people and has excellent values and ethos and you will represent them in everything you do through the recruitment process so ensuring a great candidate experience throughout is crucial. This position would suit a internal recruiter that has worked in either in the consultancy side of construction, engineering or similar sectors.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: London or Birmingham with flexible working
