This commercial organisation is large, matrix and complex with a legacy of being the market leader in their specialism but also having had to diversify hugely on its processes, projects and services and also culture and approach to their customers externally and internally.
The HR function is collaborative but also matrixed and whilst there are competing projects and priorities, working towards a more inclusive and diverse workforce is a shared and serious focus for the organisation and this is also critical for their talent strategy.
Working in the D&I team, you will deliver the D&I strategy across the group. You will have deep D&I knowledge and advise and guide a range of stakeholders on D&I best practice, what works and why it supports their commercial objectives.
