Our client, a fast-growing non-profit in New York City, is seeking for a Contract to Perm Recruiter. In this role, you will provide support across all of our cross-functional divisions. This individual will bring a few years of recruitment experience in the non-profit vertical. They will be mainly responsible for sourcing high quality candidates for job readiness positions and play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining company culture.
The responsibilities include recruiting for a vast majority of roles such as orientation facilitators, job developers, and career service coordinators. The ideal candidate comes from a non-profit organization and brings a tactful and resilient attitude to the field. The candidate will be a problem-solver and fill 5-10 reqs initially.
