Our client, a private school located in Westchester County, is looking for a Contract Human Resources Coordinator who will be onsite working directly with the Director of Human Resources and supporting the payroll administration. You will be responsible for inputting job titles and updating salary changes onto their payroll HRIS system, Paycom. You will also be responsible for managing the Director's calendar, reviewing resumes, and other data entry assignments.
You should have at least 2 years of HR experience. You should be proficient in excel, with knowledge and experience using vlookups. You should also have experience using Paycom or similar HRIS systems. This role will be 100% onsite and you will need to comply with COVID safety regulations which include wearing a mask 100% of the time on campus. Bachelors Degree required.
