Our client, a global leader in consulting, are building out their HR Transformation Practice regionally. This is a great opportunity to be a key part in the development of a new practice area, with ambitious growth plans in place as well as a steady stream of sold work to get stuck into from day one.
You will be responsible for supporting and delivering on HR consulting projects across the region, primarily with a focus on; HR Transformation, Change Management, Organisation Design and post-merger integration.

You will have a varied client base, including industries such as Financial Services, FMCG, telecoms and you will partner with colleagues across disciplines on large-scale, regional, and global projects.
Essential - existing HR Management Consultant with circa 5-10 years of HR Change & Transformation consulting experience at Consultant/ Senior Consultant level, currently operating in Singapore. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills and enjoy a fast paced and complex role. You will be naturally numerate and analytical, able to work collaboratively with your clients as well as partner closely with colleagues across countries and regions. Some travel may be required.
