Our client, a mid-size organization that provides clearing and settlement services to the financial markets, is looking for an experienced Compensation Manager to join their growing team. This person will be involved in the design, development and implementation of compensation-related projects and ongoing processes in support of business goals.
The Compensation Manager will own job structure/management, salary ranges, market data surveys, job evaluation, data analysis, offers as well as key components of year end process with designated client groups. Someone out of a financial services/fintech firm is preferred but open on industry. CCP designation is a plus. Offices are slated to re-open mid to late March and the expectation is travel to their Jersey City, NJ office location 1 day per week. Our client is offering a competitive base salary and bonus.
