Up to ~150k base plus bonus and additional incentives
Our client is a leading, global alternative investment firm who is seeking a Compensation Director to join their team in a new role being added in support of a critical, revenue generating area of the business. It will join a high-performing team leading end-to-end compensation efforts, both strategic and hands-on in nature, with significant leadership exposure and partnership. The role will also lead a small team in support of these efforts.
The firm views this role as an ideal next step for an ascending Director level compensation professional. They're seeking a strong foundation in compensation, inclusive of equity/incentive comp, and strong analytical skills. While financial services experience would be a plus, the firm is open to strong experience out of other corporate environments with sophisticated compensation practices. Given the exposure to and partnership with senior leadership, outstanding presence and communication skills are sought.
The Compensation Director will sit in Boston with hybrid work flexibility. This is a second-to-none opportunity with a premier firm, supporting their most profitable area of the business.
