Frazer Jones is now partnering with a Global Firm to source a Compensation and Mobility Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will be joining a growing Reward team to assist with the required Data Analysis and Reporting such as annual salary review, the external data submission process, production of regular benefits reporting etc.
As a Compensation and Mobility Analyst, you will be the subject matter expert lead on applying the Willis Towers Watson (or similar systems) methodology within the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity for a HR, Data, Reward, Pension or Compensation Analyst to gain wide exposure to Compensation and Global Mobility.
Duties will include:
- Lead and prepare all job evaluations using the Willis Towers Watson (or any other) Global Grading System, ensuring it is always correct and up to date and that the reporting capability from the system is maximized.
- Support the Compensation & Mobility Partner in the analytical requirements for the annual review cycle which is managed on Success Factors.
- Own the company's Global Mobility tracker, overseeing the updating of the tracker and the tracking and reporting of short-term business visitor reporting requirements to HMRC within a timely manner. etc
To be considered for this role, you must strong analytical and numerical skills, experience working in a specialist compensation role as a subject matter expert as well as understanding the Willis Towers Watson (or any other grading tool) job evaluation methodology, with the knowledge and capability to use and report from the Global Grading System (GGS).
