A newly created EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager role is now available within a prestigious financial consultancy. Reporting into the Head of Comp & Bens, this role will offer wide functional remit across their UK & EMEA population (c5,000 staff). This wide ranging role will manage their comp & bens function, acting as the SME for all queries and providing expert coaching to stakeholders. You will assist in planning, developing and redesigning company compensation & benefits programs and analysing related costs. Administer the company's benefit program across EMEA (12 countries) in regard to plan options, policy features, enrolment and other requirements and manage benefits communication strategy including new hire orientation materials, ongoing employee communications and annual enrolment communications. As a result the business is looking to meet Compensation & Benefits Managers with experience working across EMEA (French or German language skills would be a distinct advantage) who have balanced expertise across compensation and benefits programmes.
