A superb opportunity has arisen for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to cover a maternity leaver for 12 months. In this exciting role you will focus on running the compensation review for the firm, whilst setting a strategy to streamline reward philosophy as the firm pays various bonuses at different points in the year. This role will also bring the benefits package to life by ensuring consistent communication to the rest of the business. Pensions experience would be useful as you will align auto-enrollment requests and ensure the schemes are running smoothly. Finally you will be a key contributor in revamping RemCo papers and be able to add presence in the meetings that follow, presenting to extremely senior and knowledgeable RemCo participants.
In this challenging and fast paced firm, you must be able to fit in with the vision and new values that underpins success internally. You must be able to fit in with the wider the team where collaboration meets diligence and hard work. You will ideally have experience in small asset management or investment firm, and be willing to roll your sleeves up whilst being strategic and focus on being proactive in the reward space. This position could suit a contractor who has had similar experience, potentially a few years ago before taking on other assignments.
