A rare, newly created Compensation & Benefits Manager role is now available within a global FS business. Looking after their UK & US population and reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be to lead a modernisation and refresh programme of their benefits, ensuring that they're fit for purpose in a hybrid working world and that they are a central component of the EVP. This is a great role for a true benefits champion to apply all their passion, creativity and commercial acumen to deliver a class leading benefits provision that has the employee experience at the heart of every decision. As a result the business is looking to meet Benefit Managers, Compensation & Benefit Managers or even an HR Generalist with a keen interest in Benefits who have a natural affinity of total reward and have supported a sub 300 staff population. The Compensation aspects of the role will be to assist with job grading and benchmarking across the UK/US population and provide market data insights to ensure compensation packages remain competitive. Previous experience of running benefit reviews is required, as well as previous supervisory experience of a payroll function or person. This role will be based in London (Bank/Liverpool Street) but with a commitment to hybrid working for at least another two years (possibly forever) there will be a 2/3 days from home, 2/3 days in the office.
