Our client, a multi-national Financial Services organisation are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their growing Reward team. Based in stunning offices, in a prime location in the City, this is an exciting and career-enhancing opportunity for a Reward Analyst who wants to gain exposure to the Financial Services sector for a global business, or for a Reward Analyst based in a client-facing role who is looking to move in-house.
You will support the Reward team on the effective delivery of their year-end processes, including the annual salary and bonus review. You will undertake bonus modelling, and produce a large range of business-specific reports for senior stakeholders within the business. You will monitor guaranteed and conditional bonuses against the standards set by the firm. You will also manipulate data to create efficient reports as required for business-specific and annual initiatives, including attrition analyses and compensation analyses on specific client groups.
You will be passionate about data accuracy and completeness, championing data checking and cleansing and proactively resolving data gaps and anomalies. You will be an excellent communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business. You will have strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills. You will be a supportive team member, who enjoys working in a warm and collaborative environment, that works well to tight deadlines and is able to multi-task.
