Our client, a prestigious boutique investment bank focused on software, is seeking a creative and innovative campus recruiting leader to head up all recruitment for their Boston-based firm (under 50 headcount). With decades of experience and a warm, intelligent and collegial culture, this is an ideal place for a skilled campus recruiter to really spread their wings and take their tactical and strategic knowledge to an environment that will allow full ownership and unlimited opportunities to innovate. Beyond traveling to their 5 core schools (concentrated in NY, MA, and CA), this individual will own any lateral searches that arise (3-4 per year, typically) and will be integral in professionalizing recruitment as well as HR processes by utilizing their existing exposures and leveraging internal expertise. The ideal candidate will be familiar with financial services and an expert in tactical and strategic university recruitment processes. They will be intellectually curious, self-driven, and a problem solver who is eager to generate new ways of approaching the recruitment process, socialize, and action them. Significant professional maturity and executive presence will be necessary for success, alongside exceptional written and verbal communications and influencing skills.
Note that employees are fully remote at this time, due to covid safety measures, but once those measures are lifted, this role will need to be in their Boston office 2-3 per week with the ability to travel during the campus season.
