Our client is a top-tier law firm with a century of experience in financial and corporate law, and is looking for a Benefits Manager to join their team in the Financial District and step into the Director role over the next 2-3 years.
This is a new role as part of a broader company investment in employee benefits and well-being. As a Benefits Manager you will function as part of an agile team supporting the benefits operations for a roughly 500-person organization. You will partner directly with the soon-to-transition Director of Benefits to oversee health and welfare plans, educate new and existing employees on Benefits offerings, establish relationships with vendors, conduct market research to inform benefits strategy, maintain HRIS reporting and other initiatives, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
