Our client, a global leader in consulting, are building out their HR Transformation Practice regionally. This is a great opportunity to be a key part in the development of a new practice area, with ambitious growth plans in place as well as a steady stream of sold work to get stuck into from day one.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering on HR consulting projects across the region, primarily with a focus on; HR Transformation, Change Management, Organisation Design and post-merger integration.

They operate in a fast paced, performance driven environment with a passion for innovation, the value of technology and service excellence. You will have a varied client base, including industries such as Financial Services, FMCG, telecoms and you will partner with colleagues across disciplines on large-scale, regional and global projects. You will be working as an individual contributor with matrix reports and support.
We are looking for someone that is currently operating as a Manager or Senior Manager in another global management consulting organisation, specialising in HR Consulting. You will have a track record of leading regional projects and owning account relationships. Your ability to advise and identify solutions will be critical as well as your interest in balancing business development and delivery. Some travel may be required.
