Our client, a leading global investment management firm, with a diverse, collaborative and forward-thinking culture, is looking for a HR Lead APAC to join the organisation in a newly created role.
Reporting into the Regional COO APAC, and Global Head of HR in the US, supported by an HR Ops specialist and partnering with the Global and Regional CoE's, you will be responsible for managing the HR Strategy, Projects and Ops of the growing international investment management organisation across a number of countries spread across the region. You will manage; HR Strategy & People Planning, HR Advisory, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, D&I, Talent Management & Learning, Reward, Engagement and Workforce Planning, partnering the regional leadership team in a hands on strategic and operational role.
Essential: You will be an accomplished Head of HR / People Lead (APAC), with a track record operating in a global Investment Management, Investment Banking, Private Equity or broader FS organisation) in a strategic and operational HR Leadership role, as part of a relatively lean, global, matrix, high touch and growing organisation.
