I'm currently partnering with a leading high performing Global Financial Services organisation who are headquartered in the UK. In a newly created role, my client is looking for a HR Business Associate to play a critical role partnering with the HR Executive Leadership Team.
As the HR Business Associate, you will work closely with the HR ELT to help drive forward the HR strategy along with top priorities ensuring initiatives are tracked and delivered. You will be responsible for the creation of several papers for meetings as well as owning elements of project management, the preparation of the HR budget and forecast. You will also play a key role in cross divisional HR projects, such as GDPR.
To be considered for this role you will ideally be working within Financial Services, so you understand the environment and pace required. You will also have project management experience, an analytical mindset, a can-do attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure; given the nature of your role supporting the HR ELT. You must possess strong IT skills: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to effectively organise, prioritise and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
