Our client, a prestigious professional services firm with global coverage, is currently looking for a Head of HR to oversee the Middle East region. This is a really exciting role for someone who is looking to develop their career with a great firm.
As Head of HR you will be responsible for implementing and driving a commercially focused HR offering managing a small HR team. Supporting the organisations ambitious growth plans you will build strategic relationships with business leaders, to attract, build and develop the human capital and leadership capabilities. You will work with the Global HR Director to align HR practises throughout the organisation whilst ensuring that local legislation is recognised. This is a true generalist role, you will provide advice across all aspects of people management, supporting change and organisation design, as well as an involvement in a range of exciting, commercially impactful, HR related projects.
This position requires an ambitious and results driven individual. You will be a strong relationship builder with a pragmatic approach. Credibility, gravitas, confidence and the ability to persuade will be paramount to the success in this role. The organisation has a relatively flat structure and as a result there will be operational elements within your remit. Previous experience in the Middle East is essential, along with a track record of working in either a law or consulting firm. Strong commercial awareness and a passion for making a difference in a results orientated, profitable growing firm will be important.
