One of the World's preeminent financial services businesses is now looking for an Senior Reward Analyst to join their London Reward team. This new role has been created to further strengthen their Exec Comp team to develop and execute complex reward initiatives that ensure alignment with local and global reward goals and values. Reporting into a Director of Exec Comp you will lead on the preparation and completion of regulatory compensation reporting and filings, liaising with the regs governance team to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and collaborate with UK and global teams to ensure streamlined delivery of executive and regulatory compensation items. In addition you will help to drive change and optimise processes across the regulatory and executive compensation function, creating analytics as required and sharing key data with all stakeholders.
As a result the business is looking to meet candidates who are already working as Reward Analysts, or Senior Analysts within financial services, who would be keen to learn banking compensation regulations (CRDIV/V, etc). Excellent analytical skills are required (able to produce meaningful reports from multiple data streams) and the ability to manage multiple projects.
