What was your first ever job?

Taking care of the neighbour’s child when I was 12.

 

Where were you born?

I was born in the beautiful north of Germany. To be more precise, a small town near the Dutch border and the North Sea coast called Papenburg.

 

What is your favourite restaurant?

There are so many restaurants I love to go to. I also always like to try something new. But my favourite is the Vietnamese restaurant around the corner from mine.

 

What's your favourite quote or motto?          

Never start stopping and never stop starting!

 

What did you want to be as a child?

I always wanted to be a veterinarian and help injured animals. When I was little, I found a little duck that was separated from its mother and nursed it back to health.

 

What is the best thing about your job?

To talk and work with many different people and help them to develop in a new job.

 

What is your favourite film?

Christmas Vacation with Chevy Chase. My family and I watch the film every year when I spend Christmas at home. It has become a tradition.

 

What's your favourite holiday destination?

Definitely Asia. For the last three years I have travelled to a different Asian country and there are still many to go. The culture and the people fascinate me time and time again.

 

What do you do at weekends?

I love to spend time with my friends and visit my family, go out, do sports or take a quick trip to a city I've never been to before.

 

What is your most precious possession?

My tomcats Luggy and Romeo.

 

What book are you currently reading?

A book about vegan nutrition.

 

If you were stranded on a desert island, what two luxury items would you take with you?

My diving equipment and a hammock.
