I joined Frazer Jones in 2014 to support the growth of our German offering working on a broad range of roles within HR. I manage the Frazer Jones Team in Germany and am involved in delivering executive as well as senior level search projects, mainly within the industrial sector and consultancy business. The roles for which I am responsible include both permanent as well as interim appointments and include generalist HR professionals, specialised functions in Talent Acquisition and Management, Compensation & Benefits as well as HR IT.
After graduating from the University of Maastricht (NL) with a Diploma in Psychology I spent several years working in the field of organisational research and consulting. Here, I worked on qualitative and quantitative organisational research, supported HR teams on organisational change topics, designed measures, developed managers and enabled facilitators. I also completed an extra-occupational education to be a trainer. I therefore especially enjoy working on positions in the Talent Management and Human Capital Management arena.
I believe that the core to finding the right candidate is understanding the company culture and its values as well as the functional expertise and the personality of our stakeholders. Having a background in psychology as well as people and organisational development it feels natural assessing all of these qualities and has proven quite successful. Furthermore, integrating the challenges arising from the rapidly changing candidate market into our search approach is key to guaranteeing a quick process and high level of service throughout.
